What an online consultation can and can't do.

- Go through your history and concerns, at your pace
- Review earlier tests, scans and treatment records
- Explain your options and what the evidence says
- Suggest which tests to get done near you, and why
- Give a second opinion on a plan you've been offered
It can't
- A physical examination or ultrasound scan
- Procedures, IUI, IVF or any treatment
- Emergency or urgent care
- Prescribe some medicines that need an in-person visit
- Promise an outcome. No one honestly can
